Had the pleasure of knowing Bill whilst working in the sports centre @ culdrose back in the 70,s
Also on many occasions refereeing the sides i played for.
Bill was a top notch no nonsense ref, never suffered fools gladly!
Very sorry for your loss, RIP Bill.
