Berkeley House Care Home, aged 95 years.
Beloved Mam of Derek, Robert, Graham, Stephen, Martin, Kevin, Sally, In laws & the late Jacqueline & Ian.
Cherished Nanna Lizzy of Jason, Neil, Angela, Rebecca, Bridette,Emma, Lisa, Katie, Micheal, Martin, Gemma, Chelsea, Emma, Joseph, Kerry, Ashleigh, Paul, Laura & Danielle, Great Nanna of Many & the late Chase.
A truly wonderful lady who will be forever loved, missed and remembered always by all who had the honour of knowing her.
Service to take place on Friday 23rd August at Chanterlands Crematorium (Large Chapel) 2.30pm.
No flowers by family request but donations if desired to Alzheimer's UK, collection plate at service.
