Peter CharlesNAUGHTONIt is with great sadness we announce that Pete peacefully passed away at home on Saturday 20th September 2025, aged 78 years.

Treasured husband to Viv. Dearly loved dad and grandad.

He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.

Funeral service to take place at The Park Crematorium, Ceremony Room 1, Merafield Road, Plympton, PL7 1UQ on Thursday 9th October at 1.00pm.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired for St Luke's Hospice may be left online at wcpltd.com/donate

I always wanted my own Uncle Pete and thanks to you I got one of the best. A true legend, with the kindest heart and cheekiest laugh. Will always be grateful for the time you were in our lives. Thanks for all the memories

What a man. Pete was very caring, generous, was always smiling and definitely a cheeky chappie. He never had a bad word to say about anyone, in fact, if he could assist he would be there for them. I have known Pete over 70 years and, in my eyes he is the best, I would like to reiterate his mother-in-law's words he was just Perfect Peter as I am sure so many others would say. An outstanding man who will be greatly missed. Love you always. Val
