A much loved Mum to Chay & Deborah, Mother-in-law to Bill & Shelley, Nana to Patrick, Rory & Ciaran. Sister to Angela & Sister-in-law to Brian. Polly will be much missed by all her family and many friends. Funeral service to take place at Denbighshire Memorial Park & Crematorium on Friday 21st of July 2023 at 1pm. The family encourage the attendees to wear summer colours to celebrate Polly's life.
