JoanMCCLUSKEYDied peacefully on 4th April 2023 Aged 101 years. Former teacher at Cottesmore School and officer of the DH Lawrence Society. Thanks to Acorn House Care Home for looking after Joan for the last 5 years of her life. Joan will be laid to rest by private cremation. Joan, thank you for rescuing me at Christmas, getting me into Morecombe and Wise, and helping me appreciate DH Lawrence. You always beat us at Scrabble too.
