Doreen IreneMARTINPassed away on the 5th September 2023 at home, aged 96 years.

Devoted wife to George Raymond Martin (Deceased).

Dearly loved mum to Susan, Pat and Derek and mother in law to Alan (deceased) and Alison.

Treasured grandmother to Liam, Emma, Matthew, Katie and Sean and great grandmother to Rory.

Also a dear sister to Sylvia and Gordon (deceased) and sister in law to Jim (deceased).

Best friend to Enid and Mary (deceased).

Dear Auntie to Lynn and Ray.

Cousin to Vera and John (deceased), Sarah and Katie.

Funeral service to take place at Efford Chapel on 25th September at 10:00 am, followed by burial at Efford cemetery.

Donations, if so desired, will be gratefully received for Cancer Research UK and The British Heart Foundation and can be made via retiring collection.

Our Mum was the kindest of souls, filled with a heart of gold and unrelenting kindness. You touched the lives of all those around you, and will be so very missed by us all.

Rest in peace, our beloved mum and Nan.

I will miss the times that we have shared enjoying the lovely cream teas with family and your true friend Enid .I have been especially blessed to have your two daughters who are loyal and kind and full of love for others as my true friends .Doreen you have been a wonderful mother who has done well with your girls .
