Pat passed away peacefully on
Thursday 5th January aged 77 years,
surrounded by her loving family.
A much cherished Wife to John (Maz),
Treasured Mum to Shaun and Maxine, Nicola & Simon,
Nana to Lewis and Kieren.
Sister to Jill and Bob, Ken and Jill
and a dear friend to many.
Pat's funeral will be held on
Monday 30th January at 2.15pm
in the Carnarvon Chapel at Bretby Crematorium.
Family flowers only by kind request.
Donations will be gratefully received and will benefit the continued work of the oncology Unit at Queens Hospital, Burton (to whom cheques should be made payable) and will be collected on the day of the service.
