John RobertMAJORPeacefully on Sunday 6th April after an illness bravely borne, John passed away whilst in the tender care of the Integrated Acute Assessment Unit, Grimsby, surrounded by his loving family.

Dearly loved and devoted husband of Diane, beloved Dad of Sara and Mandy and much admired Father-in-law of Wayne. Adored Grandad and Great Grandad of Scott, Heidi and Jake. Treasured by Sam, and a good friend to so many and loved by all who knew him.

John thought the world of his family and leaves behind a hole in that world that can never be filled.

By his own request there will be no service but if desired a donation in John's memory can be made to RNLI.
