ConnieLEEThe family of the late Connie wish to thank most sincerely all relatives, friends and neighbours for kind expressions of sympathy and cards of condolence received in their sad loss. The presence of so many at Mam's Funeral Service was a great support to us all and much appreciated, as are the donations given for Alzheimer's Research. Grateful thanks to all the staff at Botham Hall Nursing Home for their loving care and kindness, and to all at Colne Valley Family Doctors for their care and attention.
