Mab annwyl i Meirion a Jean; tad cariadus i Simon, Shane a Jason; taid hwyliog i Tyler, Oakley a Eva; brawd ffyddlon i Amanda; brawd yng nghyfraith i Chris.

Gwasanaeth cyhoeddus ar ddydd Sadwrn 30ain o Awst 2025 am 11.30yb yn Eglwys Sant Pedr, Llanbedr yna rhoddir i'w orffwys ym Mynwent Llanbedr. Gofynnir i bawb wisgo gwisg anffurfiol, yn ddelfrydol rhywbeth coch.

Blodau teulu yn unig, ond os dymunir, derbynnir rhoddion yn ddiolchgar er cof am Malcolm tuag at Ward Cybi, Ysbyty Gwynedd trwy law'r Ymgymerwyr.

* * * * * Died peacefully on 11th of August 2025 aged 51 years at Ysbyty Gwynedd, Bangor in the presence of his family, of Hen Feudy Cottage, Llanbedr.

Beloved son of Meirion and Jean; loving father to Simon, Shane and Jason; doting taid to Tyler, Oakley and Eva; loyal brother to Amanda; brother-in-law to Chris.

Public service at St. Peter's Church, Llanbedr on Saturday 30th August 2025 at 11.30am. Please dress informally, ideally something red.

Family flowers only. Donations are gratefully accepted in memory of Malcolm towards Cybi Ward, Ysbyty Gwynedd through the Funeral Directors.
