GeorgeJONESPassed away peacefully on Tuesday, 15th July 2025, aged 85 years.

Beloved husband of Rebecca, much-loved father of Timothy, cherished father-in-law of Elizabeth, and devoted grandfather to George and Alex.

George will be fondly remembered for the love, warmth, and happy memories he shared with all who knew him - a gentle melody in the lives of those he loved.

He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

A funeral service will be held at Madeley Parish Church on Wednesday, 6th August at 1:45pm, followed by a committal at Bradwell Crematorium at 3:30pm.

Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, may be made in George's memory to Madeley Parish Church.

Mr. Jones was my music teacher at Cherry Hill School. ( 1961 - 1965) He helped me to love music. Lovely chatting to him when he played at Bradwell Crematorium. A teacher and friend , I'll miss him. God bless 🙏🙏 Patricia Lewis ( Heath )

That photograph is exactly how I remember my old friend George. Always with a smile on his face, always wanting to chat, always ready to tell you a rubbish joke (sorry mate). Rest in peace George, never forget you.
