BrianJONESJONES - BRIAN, September 19, 2017. Passed away at his home Cefn Bwlch, Cwm-y-Glo, aged 71. Dearest and loving husband to Olwen and caring father to Sian Poeschl and father-in-law to Troy Poeschl. He will be sadly missed by his family, friends and colleagues. Brian served his community as a County Councillor for 37 years, a Magistrate for over 20 years, also having been a Union representative, played football for Caernarfon and full-back for Clwb Rygbi Bethesda. He represented those whose voice was not heard and the qualities of fairness, honesty and bipartisan ethics to ensure the people of Gwynedd received the best. A public service will be held at the Crematorium in Bangor on Thursday, September 28, 2017, at 3:45 p.m. No flowers, but donations kindly accepted and will be donated in Brian's name to a local youth sports charity.
