Tom TrevorJONESAugust 18th, 2015. Tom passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family in Leighton Hospital, aged 77 years. Tom will be very sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Service and Cremation will take place at Crewe Crematorium Chapel on Wednesday September 2nd 2015 at 12.00 noon.
