Gwasanaeth cyhoeddus yn Amlosgfa Bangor dydd Llun 12fed o Fehefin am 10.00yb. Blodau’r teulu’n unig, ond derbynnir rhoddion yn ddiolchgar tuag at Wardiau Alaw ac Aran, Ysbyty Gwynedd a Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation drwy law’r ymgymerwyr Pritchard a Griffiths Cyf, Heol Dulyn, Tremadog, Gwynedd. LL49 9RH - 01766 512091, [email protected] ************* Passed away peacefully after a short illness at Ysbyty Gwynedd, Bangor aged 64 years of 28 Maes y Mor, Tremadog and previously of Minffordd. Mother of Shaun, Jackie and the late Neil; mother-in-law of Kerry and Gareth; a special grandmother; sister of Meirion, John and the late Sandra and Ifor; sister-in-law of Meryl, and a special auntie. Public service at Bangor Crematorium on Monday 12th of June at 10.00am. Family flowers only, but donations towards Alaw and Aran Wards, Ysbyty Gwynedd and Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation through the funeral directors Pritchard a Griffiths Cyf, Heol Dulyn, Tremadog, Gwynedd.
