Cynthia MargaretHURLEYCynthia, aged 88 years, peacefully passed away at home on Tuesday 16 September 2025, surrounded by her loving family, after an incredibly brave battle with illness for many years. Cynthia will be sadly missed, but will live in our hearts forever.

Darling & wonderful wife of the late Edward (Ted). Cherished and adored mother to Debbie, Claire and Matthew, wonderful grandma to Georgina, Chloe, Morgan, Alicia, Ethan and Aston and great-grandmother to Arabella, loving sister to Colin and sister-in-law Sandra and much loved by sons-in-law Andrew and Gareth and daughter-in law Melanie.

Cynthia is resting at Green Willow Funeral Directors until the service to be held on Friday 10th October at 1.30pm, Wenallt Chapel, Thornhill.
