HAYESLilian Elizabeth One year 13th August 2017 Thinking of you on this special day. Lots of love from April, John, Lynne and Grant, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Thanks to Rose and Trev, Paul, Bernadette (Wake) Aunty June and Family, John, Veola and Hannah Watson and the Vicar. The nursing staff, carers and Tree Tops Hospice Nurses for their care and help with mum. Thank you to all the staff at Co-op Funeral Care in Lenton and to all family and friends who attended.
