Thinking of Terri & George at this sad time. Thank you Martyn for 23 years of pleasure and laughter working alongside you on many night shifts. You were a lovely guy, a joy to be around, you were sincere, very witty, full of facts (which were mostly right). I will miss you my friend and I will never forget you and I promise you I will finish off our Christmas number 1 song! Two lines in twenty three years isn’t bad!

One of the cleverest and wisest men I’ve ever met. Martyn’s friendship and leadership were a huge help and still inspire me. Quiz Master on our quiet night shifts he turned education into entertainment. Thanks for everything Martyn. RIP.

My deepest condolences to Terri and George. A very sad loss of a great man, Martyn Green. Back in the day, thanks for making those shifts more tolerable with our laughs and banter, usually at the cost for someone else. Wish I could go back to our " gallon across teatime " sessions in town, including the unannounced disappearing acts mid sesh. Rest in peace now friend. Never forgotten. Thanks for the good times. I enjoyed our debates about world affairs, sport, music & cinema(especially Jimmy Cagney).
You shared your wisdom, and was always available to give sound advice.
I thank you for the good times we shared, the laughter we shared and I will never forget you my friend.

Absolute gentleman, great guy, good laugh! Endless days and nights working the the big man which was always a real pleasure to be in his company. Taken from us far too soon. RIP Galeforce Green you’ll always be affectionately remembered.
