GREED GEOFFREYPassed away peacefully on Sunday 14th April 2013 at Lincoln County Hospital aged 87 years. A much loved husband to Sybil. Loving father to Helen and David. A celebrated pianist, piano teacher and concert promoter for the last 58 years. Funeral service on Friday 26th April 2013 at Lincoln Crematorium at 11.10am. Family request no black to be worn. Family flowers only. Donations to The British Heart Foundation c/o Lincolnshire Co-operative Funeral Service 12 Portland Street Lincoln LN5 7JX Tel 01522 534971 M.B.E

Today I thought I might try and look up my old teacher I am so sorry it was too late. He was my form teacher and music teacher and singing teacher and friend to me and my father after my mothers death. I left North Kesteven in 1972 and he was an inspiration to me. But he did say - don't do music ,do PE you were right Geoff! I am still teaching at 61 years PE of course but I still love my music and will never forget you. What a great man and teacher God Bless Sue Irene Roberts.

Only now, a year later I have learned this sad news. How glad I am that I visited before it was too late - I owe Geoff much and am greatly saddened at his passing. My condolences to all the family. Liz.
