LewisGRACEThe family of Lewis would like to thank friends and family for their kind messages and support during Lewis's illness. He passed away on 9th November aged 72. We would like to thank Mr. Stephen Linde for his kind and thoughtful ministrations and also the staff of the Crewe Funeral Services for the sensitive and professional way they took care of our arrangements. Also, we'd like to thank St. Luke's Hospice for the way they cared for Lewis with so much love and care, and many thanks to everyone for the generous donations to St. Luke's Hospice in memory of Lewis.
