Sarah passed away suddenly in hospital on April 9th aged 38 years. A loving mam of Tommy a much loved daughter, sister, niece and a good friend to many.
Would family and friends please meet for funeral service at Birtley Crematorium on Friday April 25th at 12.00 noon.
