In Loving Memory of My Dear Father-in-Law- A Dad to Me

A man of deep love, great wisdom, and unwavering faith.

Though you were my father-in-law, you became so much more,
a mentor, a friend, and truly a father to me.

Your life was marked by grace, humility, and a deep love for your family.

You showed us what it meant to love selflessly, to serve quietly, and to lead with both strength and compassion.

Your kindness was constant, a steady presence that made everyone feel seen, heard, and valued.

You shared your wisdom freely, through those golden nuggets about life, faith, health, and making Godly choices.

You led by quiet example, and you inspired everyone around you.
Even in your last moments, your words were a blessing we will carry forever.

You were a true gift to all who knew you. Exuding peace, strength, and a calm confidence in the Lord.

We will never forget the joy in your eyes when you danced. Ballroom dancing was your way of embracing life, with elegance and joy. I imagine you dancing now, reunited with Mum,
gliding together in perfect peace.

As Jesus said:
“I am the resurrection and the life.
The one who believes in me will live, even though they die;
and whoever lives by believing in me will never die.”
— John 11:25–26

We take comfort in the blessed assurance that you now rest in His presence.

Rest in Eternal Peace.

You are deeply loved. Sorely missed and will never be forgotten.
Until we meet again.

Grandad Bill,
You were the kindest, sweetest gentleman we have ever known. A wonderful storyteller whose words brought laughter and wisdom, and a talented dancer whose joy lit up every room. Your warmth, your grace, and your love touched everyone lucky enough to know you.
Thank you for the love you’ve shown us, the memories you've given us, and the example you've set. We are so proud to call you our grandad. You will be deeply, deeply missed, but never forgotten.
Though our hearts are heavy with sorrow, we hold on to the promise that this goodbye is not forever.
"And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain..."
— Revelation 21:4 (KJV)
Until we meet again in heaven, rest peacefully. We love you always
