MarjorieDRAYCOTTof Chapel St. Leonards passed away peacefully at Pilgrim Hospital on 16th April, aged 88 years. Dearly beloved wife of the late John Draycott, loving mother to Sue and Debbie and a much loved nana to Edward, Kathy, Luke and Oliver. Funeral service to be held at St. Leonard's Church on Friday 30th April at 2.00pm. The family would like to express their deepest gratitude to all the staff on Ward 3B for their wonderful care. Funeral arrangements by Frank Wood and Son of Skegness.

Very sorry to read this & I have only just seen it. My dad, Gordon Turner did teacher training with Marjorie's husband, Jack. We used to visit each other’s homes for holidays, but lost contact. I hope you remember me from the 1960s Sue & Debbie, such fond memories of visiting you with my mum and dad & Mike. My dad died in '99 & mum & Mike both in 2023. So only me left now. I'm divorced with 2 adult children & one more who passed away in 2005. I'd love to be in touch again to reminisce if you see this at all and were comfortable. I'm engaged again to a Filipina lady which is a struggle.
