Beloved Partner of the late Tony.
Much loved Uncle, Friend and Neighbour to many.
Super Snooker fan and player and proud member of Park conservative Club snooker team.

Resting with Michael G Ryan Son and Daughters Ltd
302 North Road, Cardiff.
Until funeral Wednesday 23rd April 2025
Service at Thornhill Crematorium, Briwnant Chapel 3pm.
Prior to cremation.
Family flowers only please,
however if desired, donations would be appreciated for Velindre Cancer Centre

When you work in libraries you meet all the people, and some of those people, stay in your heart forever!

Crafternoons sat stitching and chatting with John, as he sat colouring away. Proudly showing off his latest picture and telling me all about Tony, the snooker and everyone and everything he’d seen that day! What a guy!

It was a great pleasure to know you John, my lovely neighbour and forever friend. I loved spending time with you and your beloved partner Tony, be it in a favourite Italian restaurant or your sunny garden of which you were so rightly proud. We spent many happy hours putting the world to rights while enjoying a glass, or more :) of wine. I love and miss you both dearly but take solace in the fact that you are now reunited.
