It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Frank. He passed peacefully at home, aged 91 years.

Reunited with his beloved Wife Shirley Anne (Nee Caddick). Much loved Dad of Jimmy and Kate (McEvoy) and Father-in-Law to Sue and Harry. Loving Grandad to Paul and Laurie, Emma and Tom, Alex and Danielle, Jenny and Adam, Matthew and Lydia, Daniel and Isabel and Philip and Lois. Proud and loving Great Grandad to Alice, Alden and Annie. Loving Uncle to Janice (Nee Hollinshead) and Phil.

In accordance with his wishes, Frank was cremated privately on the 1st of October 2025. This took place at Charnock Richard Crematorium.

His and Shirley's ashes will be scattered together at Burbo Bank, at a future date

We say goodbye to a remarkable man, my father-in-law, who lived a long and full 91 years. He was stubborn at times, but that same determination was also his strength. It carried him through life, gave him resilience, and showed us the value of standing firm for what you believe in

So sorry to hear of Franks passing. It has been a pleasure and an honour to know Frank ,I will miss our talks ,army days ,fishing ,plumbing, family and his beloved LFC . A true gentleman ,now with his much loved and missed wife Shirley . Rest in peace my friend.
