Philip CharlesCOUTTSPassed away on the 26th December 2020 aged 71 years. Beloved father to Elaine and Vicki and grandfather to Matthew and Samuel. Philip will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. A private funeral service will take place on Thursday 4th of February 2021 at the Kent & Sussex Crematorium.
