JohnCOOKCOOKJohn. Passed away suddenly and unexpectedly at the Derby City Hospital on June 17th 2004, aged 50 years. Beloved son of Chubby (Edith) and the late Peter Cook, father of Ashley, Richard, Jenny and Sophie, brother of Gillian, David, Christopher and Joanne. Funeral on Monday July 5th at 11.15am at Markeaton Crematorium and refreshments afterwards at the Holly Bush, Makeney, Milford.All welcome.

John was a great bloke and very much liked by all. He was a good friend as all the Cook family were and are. Sadly missed as is sister Joanne Cook . Love Angie x
