JohnCONNEALLYOn June 26th 2024 Fortified by the Rites of Holy Mother Church Peacefully in hospital and of Chorlton and formerly of Ballygar. Co Galway. John aged 87 years.

The dearly beloved Husband of Lena. Loving Dad of Ann, Sean, Margaret and Martin. A Loved Grandad of Kate, James, Leo, Liam and Sophia. A Dear Brother of Denis and the late Michael, Tommy Joe, Breege. RIP.

Requiem Mass at St John's RC Church, Chorlton on Thursday 11th July at 10.00am prior to committal at Manchester Crematorium.

I will remember John fondly as a gentle, kind, intelligent and hard-working family-man. For many years he helped out at St John’s Church with the 12 noon mass collection. Dedicated to his family and the church community, he went about his work - quietly leading by example.
John and Lena raised a wonderful family together - with whom we have shared many joyful times.
May John rest in peace. We will all miss his reassuring presence.
