Patrick MichaelCLIFTON28/3/1942 -15/06/2025 My Brother Pat, where do I start, the brother who started us all on the coal, from being a Saturday boy at 13, to working full time for you, Mum and Dad; who started the business. Everybody knew Paddy Clifton, you always looked after our family, you went on to open the scrap yard in Haigh street and Pat's gym in Shaw street with our cousin Paddy Traynor for more than 50 years. People came to the yard for car parts and spares and you was always there to help. Then the amount of lads who came into the gym, it was rough and ready but all of the lads loved it, Everyone will tell of their times with you Pat. It broke my heart being with you the last few months, we thought you had won your battle but it wasn't to be. Finish your running in Heaven Pat.
