I've got such fond memories of Vic as the floor manager in Vern's arcade.

As a youngster I remember watching him fix the old slot machines and 2p pushers. I'm sure having me constantly question how everything worked, made repairing them take twice as long, but he always seemed happy to explain and share his knowledge.

He was particularly good at pool and, one summer, taught me how to play. It still makes me laugh that he insisted on using a broom handle instead of a cue, as he thought it evened the odds. It didn't... He still always won!

Vic was a great guy and I'll miss him.
