Gordon PhillipCLARKECLARKE - GORDON PHILLIP, . Aged 86 years old. Passed away on 2nd September 2021. He left us peacefully surrounded by his loving family. Caring, thoughtful, kind and generous husband to Elizabeth (Betty) deceased, wonderful dad to Stephen, Sean, Michael, Andrew and Suzanne. Perfect grandad and great-grandad. He will be greatly missed and leaves a void in our lives forever. A humanist service will be held at St Helens Crematorium, Rainford Road, St Helens, WA10 6DF at 10.00am on Friday 10th September 2021. Family flowers only and grateful donations for Cancer Research UK may be sent c/o the funeral directors, All enquiries to F W Marsh Funeral Services, 177 Ormskirk Road, Rainford, WA11 8HR. Gordon, I met you when I was just 15 years old, your cheeky smile put me at ease instantly. We had a friendship that spanned over 40 years & I miss you, I will always miss you. Thank you for being the best grandad to Natalie & Garry. RIP & give Liz a big hug from me & thank you for everything. Cheryl xxx
