Wednesday 28th June aged 48 years
in the Nightingale Macmillan Unit at the Royal Derby Hospital.
Much loved wife to Nigel.
Devoted mum to Carrie-Ann & Sophie.
Loved sister to Mark & Mel,
Auntie to Jake & Jess
and a friend to many.
Tracy's funeral will be on
Thursday 20th July at 3.15pm
in the Anglesey Chapel at Bretby Crematorium.
Family flowers only by kind request.
Donations if desired will benefit the
Nightingale Macmillan Ward
at the Royal Derby Hospital
and can be given at the funeral service.
