ValerieCARLTONPassed away peacefully on 4th July 2023 aged 86 years. Now reunited with her beloved mother and father and all her loving family. Service to be held at St John the Evangelist, Knotty Ash on 7th August at 12.00 noon followed by cremation at Springwood Crematorium (Rosemary Chapel) at 1.30pm. Heartfelt thanks to the wonderful carers at Ashcourt Care Home who looked after Val for the last few years. Family flowers only. Donations gratefully received for the Alzheimer's Society. Hi, We never actually got to meet Val. However, myself Yvonne and my partner Ian bought her house in Thingwall Avenue. It felt a happy home and we are extremely happy here. I feel through speaking to the neighbours in a funny sort of way, we new all about her. Such a lady, out with her shopping basket. Everything from Marks & Spencer's and gardening in her slacks. RIP Val and we will look after the house as best as we can xx
