FredaBURRIDGEFreda Mary aged 83 years, after a life well lived in the UK and Cyprus, passed away peacefully in Cumbria following a short illness on Monday 5th May 2025.
Dearly beloved wife of the late Tom, adored mum and best friend of daughter Annemarie, dear mother-in-law to Nick and cherished grandma to Lily and Sam. A beloved sister to Ted and the late Michael (Mick), dear sister-in-law to Pauline and Patricia. Freda was an aunt, great aunt and cousin who never forgot a birthday. Above all we will miss the kind, generous and fiercely loyal friend and correspondent to many, near and far.
Funeral service to take place on Friday 30th May at 11am in Maplewood Chapel, Stockton Crematorium. Friends and family please meet at Maplewood Chapel and afterwards at The Vane Arms, The Village Green, Thorpe Thewles, TS21 3JU.
Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu to mum's favourite International Medical Charity, David Nott Foundation. A collection plate will be available outside the chapel.
