My name is Frank Jones, I was the first person Noel made contact with and i was involved with Noel and his family moving to Wales. Noel was the most decent person i have ever met in my long life. He did something once when someone was cheating me and Noel intervened, faced the person trying to cheat us and put the matter right in an instant. With no gain to himself, i don't know anyone else who would've done that. It would be impossible to find a truer friend. I am now very sad that i lost contact with him and it was a shock when i realised he had past away. my condolences to his lovely family. Frank Jones, Coynant Farm park, Felindre, Swansea
