Due to unforeseen circumstances,
George's funeral has had to move venues,
please read on for new venue and time.
It is with great sadness to announce that George aged 87 years passed away peacefully on 10th March 2025 whilst in the tender care of The Fountains Care Home, Tetney.
A much loved husband to the late Kathleen, a dear friend and partner to Joan, a dear brother to Janet, a dear uncle to Frances and Richard, a dear great-uncle to Ben, Matthew, Hannah and Daniel.
George was also a great friend to many and will be sadly missed by all.
A Celebration of George's life will now be held on Monday 31st March at 2:00pm
at the Pelham Suite, Cambridge Road, Grimsby. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
By request, family flowers only but donations in George's memory can be made to The Gurkha Welfare Trust, PO Box 2170, 22 Queens Street, Salisbury SP2 2EX. A donation box will be available on the day.
