Ray was very supportive as the RMT Coventry 1 Branch Secretary, and given me the confidence and guidance on becoming a work place local representative. I will always be grateful to Ray. A superb union man.

A very decent man. Someone who taught me some of my first lessons in management, treating people with respect and not to prejudge matters. I will always carry my memories of what Ray taught me -things that still serve me today. Rest in Peace Ray.
