Patricia JosephineBERWICK87 from Chatburn Clitheroe Passed away on Saturday 8th October 2016 having suffered from Parkinsons Disease and Dementia. Her husband Gordon preceded her in December 2007. She is survived by her 3 sons their families and her grandchildren; Simon & Joy and son Henry, Jonathan & Anna and Jonathan's daughter Lucie and Richard & Karen and their sons Thomas and Harry. The funeral service will be held at The Sacred Heart Church Liverpool Road Ainsdale Southport at 12 noon on Friday 21st October followed by a burial in the churchyard.
