Dearly beloved Wife of Geoff. Much loved Mum of Chris, Steve and Phil. Devoted Grom of Megan. Hazel will be sadly missed by all her loving family and friends.
The funeral cortege will leave her home in Bradeley on Friday 11th July for service and cremation at Bradwell Crematorium at 1.20pm.
Would relatives kindly accept this the only intimation. Friends wishing to attend please meet at the crematorium.
