JanetBALMENTJanet died peacefully at home on 2nd January 2026 having spent precious last moments with family. Beloved wife, mother, grandmother and cherished by family and friends.

Funeral Holy Trinity Church, Church Lane, Rainow, Macclesfield, SK10 5TZ on Friday 13th February 2026 at 1:00 pm
Will friends wishing to attend kindly meet at the Church.

As a family, we see this as an opportunity to celebrate Janet's life and all that she gave to us and to so many others. In that spirit, we will be wearing some colour on the day, in recognition of Janet's love of colour and her wonderful collection of scarves.

In keeping with Janet's wishes, please do not send flowers. If you would like to make a donation in her memory, donations may be made via the link below or on the day at the church. These will go to the Macmillan Cancer Palliative Care Nursing Team at Macclesfield, East Cheshire Hospice, and Holy Trinity Church, Rainow.

As part of the extended family, we were privileged to have spent time and a few Christmas's together.
