Our amazing Sam sadly passed away on the 15th August. Leaving behind a devastated husband, sons, grandchildren & family.

Sam was our world & the rock that so many people relied upon. We love you Sam & always will.

Funeral to be held at Stafford Crematorium Friday 12th September at 11.00. Family flowers with donations going to the critical care ward that treated Sam.

Sam you were amazing just the way you were.
