Tragically passed away on Saturday 16th August at Myton Hospice Coventry, 2 1/2 years after being diagnosed with tongue cancer.
Scott's funeral service will take place on Friday 19th September at Rainsbrook Crematorium, Ashlawn Road, Rugby, Avon Chapel at 2.00 pm, followed by a 'get together' for tea and scones at his favourite hotel, Coombe Abbey.
'Smart' but 'true to you' rather than formal black attire seems a more fitting celebration of Scott's life we feel.
The family request donations to 'Myton Hospice' supporting them to continue in offering the exceptional end of life care, compassion and comfort they provided to Scott and his family.
