AlistairCHESTNUTTAt rest on Sunday 7th September at the Royal Stoke Hospital. Alistair aged 67 years of Packmoor.

Dearly beloved son the late William and Sadie Chestnutt. Much loved brother to Jayne and the late Ruth. Cherished uncle and cousin. Alistair will be sadly missed by all his loving family and many friends.

The funeral service will take place at Bradwell Crematorium on Wednesday 24th September at 10am.

Relatives and friends wishing to attend the service are kindly invited to meet at the Crematorium.

Family flowers only. Donations are preferred to UHNM Charities Cardiology Department in memory of Alistair. Enquiries to Co-op Funeralcare 1 Park Avenue Wolstanton Newcastle-under-Lyme ST5 8AX Tel. 01782 711244
