Peacefully with family by her side on 23rd September 2025 aged 91 years.

Jean, dearly loved wife of the late George, loving mum of Carol & Susan, dear mother-in-law of Nick & Kevin.
Proud grannie of Catherine, Lauren, Rebecca, Jonathan, Paul & great grannie of Lola.
She was also a dearest sister, auntie & friend.

Please meet for funeral service at Cowpen Crematorium, Blyth
on Thursday 9th October at 1:45pm.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to be collected for The Alzheimer's Society.

I will miss my Aunty Jean. I have known her all my life. She was so kind thoughtful and full of life. I was a flower girl at their wedding and she always use to let me brush her dark wavy hair when I was little. She never forgot a birthday. And we use to have lovely chats about all sorts. She is the last of my Aunties in England. A lovely woman who was a pleasure to know and love Marian ❤️ x

It was only this year I had the privilege of meeting Jean. She was such a kind, positive lady with tremendous spirit. We enjoyed many chats about her life and family, which I know she was very proud of. Thinking of you all.
